The Maker's Eye presents crafts for the 1980s, as they are perceived by the makers themselves. Each of the fourteen selectors was invited to define the idea of crafts in terms of his or her personal experience, and the objects hosen are presented in separate groups, to emphasize that these are individual, not committee choices.
